Post Holloway Diving Site Photo
Check out the Coast to Coast website - the Major's sent in a pic of the Holloway diving area where the team is looking - http://www.coasttocoastam.com/ Guess the secret's out now - let's bring that girl back home and let Ed and his team get some deserved credit -

Here's to a great (and long-overdue) show with Art tonite! Noori and Ed are a good interview - but there's nothing like the chemistry with Art Bell  To say the least- it will be interesting to hear the updates and any new projects.....!

I am very excited about listening to C2C tonight to hear Mr. Major Ed Dames speak. He has sooo many people awaiting him.

From what I can tell from the over view picture provided on C2C about Natalee Holloway, it appears to be just South of the Oil Refinery in Aruba. From what I understand, it is guarded tightly. Might be a little difficult getting in that area to search. Now I understand why Mr. Major Ed Dames said they would have to come in from 1000 yards out. Perhaps to go in undetected.

Thank you Mr. Major Ed Dames and team for providing C2C with the sight picture for all to see the area in question.

Kind regards,

Wow Cameo that gave me shivers. I was just thinking about what it must be like to be in that professional RV team... searching for missing people, gold hunts, diving, and flying all over the country. Makes me want to sign up for a workshop just to get there autographs but man is it a lot of $$$. ROTFL! It must be great working with “the Major”.

*sigh* Guess I'll just kick back a beer and waitfor the C2C show to start (no work tomorrow)... maybee I'll play some Xbox 360 to kill some time.

Perhaps some time one of the privledge who has acompanied the Major could tell us what it's like to work with him.

I can tell you that he is highly Professional, has a very soft soul and heart, and does not play around, he means business. This is what I pick up from him through the sound of his voice, and all the things I have read about him and his research. But, that doesn't take much to realize this. :D

I used to work at that refinery in Aruba and the photo shown on C2C is from an area just southeast of the refinery. The refinery is on the opposite side of the island (San Nicolas) from the hotels (Oranjestad), which is about 15 miles.

What you see in the photo is a powerhouse in the upper center (building with A-frame roof), a warehouse (flat roof) just below and an equipment laydown yard with rows of yellow crates or sacks of catalyst. The buildings to the right (starting with a red roof) are bungalows for ex-pat employee housing. I lived in one of the bungalows, about ten houses down, for over five years, ending not long ago.

The boundary between the refinery (which is private property) and the residential area (called Seroe Colorado or The Colony) is a fence line that is patrolled by security guards 24/7. The residential side is public, but you can't get too close to the refinery without someone spotting you and chasing you away or calling the local police.

The inlet canal running from the open bay towards the powerhouse is a water inlet. It has two underwater pipes about 6 feet in diameter each that draw water in to the powerhouse for cooling. That water is then discharged back into the bay through the narrow canal between the warehouse and the laydown area.

There is a catwalk that runs across the inlet canal and then a section which juts out into the bay about 100 ft. which marks the edge of the inlet pipes that are about 15 ft. deep. This is so that the inlet screens can be cleaned or serviced.

I think it would be highly unlikely that a body could be dumped there in a water coffin or such. This is because 1). the area is very sensitive to the refinery and is monitored closely 2). the water is very clear (at least 20 feet visibility) and 3). there is a saying in Aruba (paraphrase) "it takes 30 minutes to get from one end of the island to the other... it takes 30 seconds for a rumor to get out".

Regards, Mark

The number one mistake an RVer can make... assumptions. However unlikely it may "seem" the data it right. RV never lies. Her body IS there.

I was rather disappointed that Mr. Major Ed Dames did not speak more on Natalee Holloway case.

Art Bell, in my opion, was slightly rude interrupting Mr. Major Ed Dames many times when he would answer questions and conversations moving to another topic.

Mr. Major Ed Dames gave a lot of information on RV and I was making many notes in hopes I can utilize them for my training at home. I wish I had the oppertunity to meet him before his great move to Ukraine, as I'm sure we all do.

Thank you Mr. Major Ed Dames for sharing your knowledge with the world.

Kind regards,

We believe many people have misconceptions surrounding Major Dames’ move to the Ukraine. Major Dames and his team of professional Remote Viewing are constantly flying around the country/world for investigations and conducting real-world operations. Major Dames will continue to visit the states often and at this time there are no plans to cancel LIVE training workshops. That being said, we have been informed by LearnRV.com that the schedule for upcoming workshops is not known at this time and it may be quite awhile before another is officially announced.

Thank you,
Admin Staff

I have difficulty opening photos on the Coast site. Does anyone have the photo in another URL where I can look at it?

Thanks

The intractable (possibly insurmountable) problem that I am now dealing with in this case, is the my agent faces arrest if he reenters the (restricted) site. Although his approach is entirely underwater, he must surface for a GPS reading. That is when he was spotted by security, on the initial recon.

Further, we are of the opinion that a person or persons who work in security at the facility are involved in the girl's disappearance.

Trespassing on private property, or entering secure zones, can also have more serious consequences (i.e., mortal injury).

Mr. Major Ed Dames,

Interpol will be in Aruba soon. Would it be more advizable for your team to enter Aruba after speaking with them? Would Interpol be able to get a clearance for your team since it "is" for a rescue search/recovery? At no cost to Aruba, I might add. Could not the Interpol also be there to conduct as witnesses, since the Interpol is now a part of the investigation? Or could your team enter from Curacoa undetected?

hmmm well, since they would have to surface for a reading that could be a problem, unless you have Interpol intervention from Aruba guards? Not so sure how Interpol works.

Just some sporatic thoughts.

God bless you and yours,

Cameo,

Thanks for posting the image.

Ed, Can your diver use dead reconing techniques to track his underwater location, then convert this to LatLon? I developed such a system for the Navy (details available via private message (PM).

Frohike out.

GPS for Underwater Sites

With a little bit of effort and readily available materials, you can build a system that will take GPS measurments of underwater sites as accurately as if you took the unit down and placed it on the site itself, and recorded it's location.

Overview.

Of course a GPS doesn't work underwater, since water prevents communication from the unit's antenna to the GPS satellites. So, the GPS floats on the surface, in a housing attached to the dive flag, as shown to the right and further below. The diver records sufficient data to effect the translation of the surface flag position to the underwater site itself.

http://www.wadespage.com/D800DS07RF00.shtml

I found a website of a guy who housed his Magellan GPS unit in a clear Otterbox and would send it to the surface via a reel to get a signal, then he would lower the unit back and record the coordinates for whatever site he wanted to mark. He said the Magellan worked well because it kept the last coordinates when it lost signal on the screen. Can't find that link....I'll keep looking for it and post it if I find it.

I do appreciate what a few of you feel is helpful input regarding this case, but I did not post a status report to solicit such.
